Unlimited lets you generate with selected video and image models without spending credits, for a set number of days after you subscribe. This guide covers who gets it, which models it includes, the fair-use limits that keep it fast for everyone, and where it applies.
What unlimited is
Unlimited is a period during which generations on covered models cost 0 credits instead of their normal price. Everything outside it keeps working exactly as before and is charged from your credit balance, so your plan's credits are still there for the models and tools unlimited does not include.
Unlimited removes the cost of a generation, not the limits on how many run at once. Those limits are what keep unlimited fast for everyone, and they are covered under Fair use below.
Which plans and campaigns include it
Unlimited is offered through campaigns. Each campaign sets:
- Which plans qualify. A campaign can include monthly plans, yearly plans, or both.
- How long unlimited lasts. A set number of days from the day you subscribe. Yearly plans can get a longer period than monthly ones, for example 30 days on a monthly plan and 60 days on a yearly plan.
- When it runs. Subscribing to, or upgrading to, a qualifying plan while the campaign runs starts your unlimited period automatically. There is nothing to turn on.
While a campaign runs, the Compare features table on the pricing page shows which plans include it and for how many days.
Unlimited applies to your personal workspace. Generations in a team workspace are charged credits.
If you cancel, unlimited continues until the end of the period you have paid for or the end of your unlimited days, whichever comes first. Moving to a plan the campaign does not include ends it.
Which models and tools are covered
Each campaign lists the models it covers, for example a video model family such as Seedance or Kling and an image model family such as Seedream or Nano Banana. A model that is not on the list is charged credits as usual, and new models are never added to a running campaign on their own.
A campaign can also cover Viral Switch, so swapping an object, character or background in a clip costs 0 credits too.
Viral Flow follows the same coverage. Video, image and Viral Switch nodes in a flow are covered whenever the campaign covers that model or Viral Switch, and they show the same 0 price.
A campaign sets limits per model or tool:
| Limit | What it means | Past the limit |
|---|---|---|
| Clip length | The longest video or Viral Switch clip covered, for example up to 10 seconds | That generation is charged credits |
| Resolution | The highest resolution covered, for example up to 1080p | That generation is charged credits |
| Daily cap | How many covered generations you can make per day | Further generations that day are charged credits |
Going past a limit never blocks a generation. It simply costs its normal credits, and the price you see before generating tells you so.
Fair use
Unlimited has no credit cost, so two limits keep it sustainable and keep the queue moving for everyone.
One at a time per kind. You can run one unlimited video, one unlimited image and one unlimited generation of any other kind (such as audio) at the same time. Start more and they wait in the queue, then start on their own as each one finishes.
Generations that are charged credits, such as an uncovered model or a clip over the length limit, run in your plan's own pool with your plan's concurrency. They never wait behind your unlimited work.
Usage level. Unlimited usage is measured in the credits it would have cost. Past 60,000 credits of unlimited usage in a billing period, your unlimited generations move to the lowest queue priority. They still run, after other people's work. Far heavier use is also paced to a few generations a minute.
Generations queue instead of failing
When every slot is busy, a new generation does not fail. It joins the queue and starts as soon as a slot frees up, and you can leave the page while it waits.
A generation that cannot start within 20 minutes gives up and refunds anything it was charged. Time spent waiting because of the fair-use pacing above does not count toward those 20 minutes.
Skip the queue with Boost
If you would rather not wait, Boost a covered generation. It is charged its normal credits and runs in your plan's own lane, with your plan's concurrency and priority, so it starts as soon as one of your plan's slots is free. Generations you don't boost stay free.
| Where you generate | How to Boost |
|---|---|
| Video and image generators | Switch from Unlimited to Boost above the generate button. The choice stays until you switch back. |
| Viral Switch | The same Unlimited / Boost switch, above its generate button. It shares its setting with the generators. |
| Viral Flow | Each covered node has its own Unlimited / Boost switch, saved with the node. |
| CloneViral Agent | Press Boost on a generation card that is waiting in the queue, or ask the agent to boost it. |
| Agent Mode | No switch. Covered generations always use unlimited. |
The switch only appears when unlimited covers that generation. On Unlimited the price shows 0 with the normal price struck through; on Boost it shows the price you will pay.
Where unlimited works
| Where you generate | Unlimited |
|---|---|
| Video and image generators on the CloneViral website | Yes |
| Viral Switch | Yes, when the campaign covers it |
| Viral Flow | Yes, for the nodes the campaign covers |
| CloneViral desktop app | Yes |
| Agent Mode | Yes |
| CloneViral Agent | Yes |
| CLI | No, charged credits |
| API | No, charged credits |
| MCP | No, charged credits |
| Plugins (GPT, Claude and others) | No, charged credits |
The CLI, API, MCP and plugins are built for automation, which can run around the clock. Unlimited is for hands-on creation, so generations through those tools are charged credits even during your unlimited period.
How to tell a generation is covered
Before you generate, covered generations show 0 with the normal price struck through. If you see a regular price instead, check whether Boost is switched on. Otherwise, the generation will be charged because the model is not covered, a clip length, resolution or daily limit has been reached, or your plan is not part of a running campaign.
FAQ
Do I need to do anything to activate unlimited?
No. Subscribing to or upgrading to a qualifying plan while a campaign runs starts it automatically.
Does unlimited use my credits?
Covered generations do not. Everything else is charged from your credits as usual, and your plan's monthly credits are still added.
What happens when my unlimited days end?
Generations go back to being charged credits. Your subscription, credits and everything you made stay as they are.
Can I use unlimited in a team workspace?
No. Unlimited covers your personal workspace only.
Why does a generation show a price during my unlimited period?
The model is not covered by your campaign, the clip is longer or the resolution higher than the campaign covers, or you have reached today's cap for that model. You can still generate; it costs its normal credits.
Why is my generation waiting?
Another unlimited generation of the same kind is already running, or your usage this period has passed 60,000 credits and unlimited work now runs at the lowest priority. It starts on its own, and if it cannot start within 20 minutes it is cancelled and refunded. To start it now, Boost it.
What does Boost cost?
The generation's normal credits, the same as without unlimited. Boost never changes the price of the generations you leave on Unlimited.
Can I run more unlimited generations at once?
Unlimited is one of each kind at a time on every plan. Your plan's higher concurrency still applies to generations charged in credits, and teams that need more can contact us about custom concurrency.
Why doesn't unlimited work in the CLI, API, MCP or plugins?
Those tools can run unattended at scale. Keeping unlimited to the website, the desktop app and the two agents keeps it fast for the people creating there.
